Motivation to Eat Healthier Snacks
I don't know about you, but I get peckish at around 3:00 PM, 4:30 PM, and after dinner. I'll open and re-open my fridge and pantry about 15 times before I settle on my same-old snacks — and let's be honest — often times, they are not healthy snacks.
To motivate myself to eat healthier snacks this year, I designated a 'carrots and dip' bin in my fridge, and placed it front and center with easy access. When I order my groceries each week, I'll look for fun and healthy dips, and maybe replace my carrots with chopped red peppers or celery.
Having this healthy snack bin, displayed in my fridge in an *aesthetically pleasing* way, genuinely motivates me to snack better. Check out the video below for inspo.
